Cold Leveler and Pre-Leveler Order from China Steel Corporation

JP Steel Plantech Co. (SPCO) has received orders from China Steel Corporation Group in Taiwan for one Cold Leveler and as well as one Pre-Leveler to carry out CSC’s Plate Mill improvement plans to produce Direct Quenching Plates.
The state of the art technology incorporated in the 4th Generation SuPerLeveler™ for this Cold Leveler has been supplied to various steel makers worldwide and always received high appraisals, by which CSC concluded to adopt our technology.
Start-up will be in August, 2015, and the hi-tech threshold line will be able to produce high-end products including Ultra High Strength Plate and will contribute significantly to CSC’s future business.
We are expanding sales of our highly competitive leveler machines to meet customer requirements with state of art technologies.

Plate Leveler
The SuPerLeveler™ was developed by JP Steel Plantech in 1998 as equipment to improve the flatness of steel plates (6 mm to 50 mm thick) produced in plate mills. Warping generated in the leveler (surface preparation materials to increase horizontal precision) during correction is also completely corrected through infinity control of rigidity. This has made it possible to flatten TMCP steel plates, hardened steel plates, and other steel plates that require straightening reaction, and which did not become stable using conventional levelers.
