| 1. | Current CEO, Mr. Iwao Hanzawa is going to leave his office on March 31 this year and will be the CEO of Asuka Soken Co,.Ltd. |
| 2. | The new CEO, Mr. Nobuyuki Nada will take office on coming April 1. |
