We endorse the METI’s green transformation (GX) League Basic Concept.

The GX League will be established as a place for discussions and actions with the collaboration of enterprises, authorities, academic communities, and financial communities, including stakeholders, that wish to transform the whole economic and social system, while taking the goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 as opportunities for growth. Preparation is underway for the full-scale operation of the GX League in FY2023.

Under the banner of “Green & Smart” as an important issue, we have newly set up the Carbon Neutrality (CN) Plant Section to work on a new business that propels decarbonization, in order to accelerate the development and supply of products and services that incorporate related technologies. This idea matches the GX League Basic Concept, so we have announced our endorsement of this league.

We will continue to contribute further to achieving a decarbonized society and to creating a bright sustainable future.
