The company decided that CEO is to change. The details are as follows:
| 1. | Current CEO, Mr. Kazuya Yamagishi is going to leave his office on March 31 this year and will be an Executive Fellow of JFE Engineering Co. |
| 2. | The new CEO, Mr. Iwao Hanzawa will take office on coming April 1. |
